There are times when you need to create your own JIRA tickets. When you do, please follow these guidelines:
Our sales, engineering and support team will be using these status to communicate to our customers the status of the defects. Some tickets are tagged with the following text in the subject line: internal. These are used for reporting and can safely be ignored. |
